Update 16:30 GMT: I have heard from Playfish regarding the issues some of you are experiencing, and can confirm that they definitely are working on it. I have passed on some of your user IDs (that I could find quickly) so that Playfish can test the fixes they are trying to see if they will work for your accounts. I still do not have a timeframe for when this is expected to be fixed for everyone experiencing issues, but Playfish is working as hard as possible to get this solved. - Sonya
Update 2:30 GMT April 11 I have been in contact with the Playfish Support Team. They are still working on resolving the problem and are still hard at work at 1:30 am at the Playfish Offices. They like, the rest of us, thank you for your continued patience, it's much appreciated. They Playfish team is testing and trying to fix the problem as quickly as they can for you. - Clementine
Update to the update: 2:40 GMT We are aware that a number of users are currently not able to connect to the game. We are working to resolve the issue and hope to have a fix sometime during the evening of 11th April (GMT+1), though this cannot be confirmed at this time.
